About this template
Every new project starts the same way: blank folders and an agent that doesn't know how you work. My Work, My Way fixes both.
The template ships with four pre-created folders (Active Work, Reference, Archive, Recurring Tasks) and a document called "About Me + How I Work" in the Reference folder. Fill it in once — your preferred format, tone, what the agent should never do — and the agent reads it before every session in every project created from this template.
For the solo operator who rebuilds project structure from memory every engagement, this eliminates the 15-minute setup ritual. For the agent tuner who has spent months calibrating AI behavior only to lose it at every project boundary, this is the first tool that makes that calibration portable.
