Check the Voice Before You Publish

@mention any draft and your brand voice guide. Get section-by-section flags, specific rewrites, and a pass/revise verdict before it ships.

About this template

Most content voice problems get caught after the fact — in a Slack thread, in a revision round, or not at all. This template gives content leads and editors a systematic way to check any piece against their brand standard before it goes out.

Drop in a piece of content and your brand voice guide. The result is a section-by-section Voice Review: a pass/revise verdict with a 1–10 score, specific flags for each issue, and rewrite suggestions you can apply immediately or hand back to the author.

The @mention is what makes the review precise. Instead of describing your voice guide in a prompt, you hand it over directly. The agent reads both documents — your standard and your draft — and reviews one against the other.

Every review logs automatically to a Brand Voice Tracker workbook: flags added to the Voice Flags sheet, status and score updated in the Content Library. Your review history builds as you ship.

A sample Brand Voice Guide and a product launch email with three planted issues are included so you can see a complete review cycle before using your own content.
