The Automated Weekly Competitive Brief monitors the changelog, release notes, or product blog for each competitor you configure. Each Monday it compiles a structured brief — one row per competitor update, rated High, Medium, or Low significance — and posts a summary to Slack if you've connected a channel.
Setup takes under five minutes: configure your competitor list in Step 0, optionally add a Slack channel in Step 2, and let the task run. The Archive workbook stores every brief in a queryable history so you can spot patterns — which competitor ships most frequently, how often High-significance changes appear, which competitors have gone quiet.
